I'm proposing just deleting markyoshi altogether. He has other pending investigations among his 18 unproven scores besides this one, and he was banned because he was found cheating/ lying about many Mario Kart DS records around the same time as these YI:DS subs.

Too many things likely won't get done at once, for now this is just about markyoshi... given that he was banned for cheating but retains some out-of-place very high and unproven scores.

EDIT - This issue is being resolved by MTC, who has placed the records formally under investigation now.  If no proof is given he'll likely be deleted along with the records.  Thank you!
